   今晚，由四川省人民政府主办的自贡国际恐龙灯会在这里隆重举行开幕仪式，我谨代表四川省人民政府，对光临开幕式的陈昌智副委员长、各位领导、各位来宾表示热烈的欢迎!对为本届灯会的举办付出辛勤劳动的承办单位和同志们表示衷心的感谢!

改革开放30年来，旅游业已成为推动四川经济发展的重要产业。2008G，面对特大地震灾害和国际金融危机的严重影响，省委、省政府把发展旅游业作为推动全省经济恢复发展的重点工作，作为促进消费、扩本内需的重要内容，果断出台了加快振兴四川旅游的政策措施，全面实施旅游重振工程。自贡国际恐龙灯会是在四川加快推进灾后恢复重建、加快建设西部经济发展高地的关键阶段，举办的全省个春节大型旅游节庆活动，这不仅是自贡经济社会发展中的一件大事，也是我省文化旅游业发展的一场重头戏，对于促进全省旅游业的恢复发展和拉动消费需求具有重要意义。

我们相信，通过本届灯会的举办，将进一步展示四川旅游的新形象。希望来自五湖四海的嘉宾和朋

友们，在领略南国灯城秀美风光的同时，更加了解四川旅游、关注四川旅游，架起交流合作的桥梁，搭建互动发展的平台，共同创建更加美好的明天!
